Trips typically open for reservation 3–6 months before departure. Because group sizes are intentionally small, we recommend booking early to secure your place.
We accept secure bank transfers and credit card payments. For some departures, we offer flexible payment plans — just ask, and we’ll tailor options to you.
You’re responsible for having a valid passport and any required visas or permits. Entry requirements can vary by nationality and destination, so we’ll guide you well before departure.
We advise that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date, followed by most travel standards.
Once your trip is confirmed and all details are complete, you’ll receive your final itinerary and travel documents approximately 3 weeks before departure.
Yes — if you’d like to stay longer in a place before or after your journey, we can help arrange extra accommodation.
Absolutely. Many travelers join us on their own. We offer both solo‑friendly custom journeys and supportive group experiences.

We’ll share suggested arrival and departure windows and can advise on routing — but you’re welcome to book your own flights based on that guidance.
Yes — we recommend layers, comfortable shoes, a reusable water bottle, essential medications, a hat, and a small daypack. We’ll share a tailored checklist before departure.
